You have experience leading technology teams and working with vendors and partners to deliver the right solutions.
The Manager of Information Technology will be responsible for the IT strategy, architecture, and the overall IT operations of the firm. You will lead a team of seven IT professionals, manage team performance, set goals and ensure the team's continuous professional development. You will also be the main liaison for technology both inside and outside the firm managing various vendor and partner relationships. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer, but will collaborate extensively with the key IT stakeholders including business owners, and the management team across the firm.
- A self-starter with the initiative to identify what needs to be done along with a sense of urgency to get there.
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to organize, document, implement and support various systems and processes within the firm.
- A flexible approach, with the ability to plan and coordinate information from various sources is important for this position.
- Commercial acumen including an understanding of the overall picture of how the IT service costs and value add to the business.
- High level of personal credibility, impact and influence with proven ability to work effectively and persuasively at all levels of the business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both orally and written.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and often conflicting priorities.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
