As an on-the-road sales professional:
-Prospecting, building and retaining relationships with current and new customers will be your top priority
-Implementing new ways to grow sales will be your creative outlet to try all those good ideas
-Accepting sales requests during sales calls will be done professionally and accurately
-Obtaining and processing all pertinent customer and order information into our computer system may be tedious, but will be necessary
-Following up with all customers to ensure satisfaction with their product or service should be the highlight of your day
-Addressing complaints and issues in a timely manner will challenge you to turn the negative into a positive
What are we looking for?
-Three or more years of wildly successful outside business-to-business sales experience
-Experience in the commercial or OTR tire business is important so you can hit the ground running
-Mechanical knowledge is an asset
-A valid driver's license is non-negotiable. You must also be able to show us you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
-Self-motivated associates who have the ability to perform under pressure
-A driven sales person who is not afraid of cold calls
