Description

Net Results Systems Support Inc., Regina's premier IT Support Provider, requires a full time Network Support Technician.

Position
As a key member of our Technical Service Team, you will ensure the optimal operation of our customers networks and IT services by performing the following duties:

Use and maintain our automated ServiceDesk ticketing system;
Review and respond to automated error condition alerts; and
Provide on-site and remote desktop, server and network installation and support services.

Skills and Abilities  
Excellent communications, telephone and customer service skills are essential.
Detailed and team oriented, with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic; willing and open to learn.
Ability to prioritize and handle a moderate to busy volume of activity with a quick turnaround.
Self-starter that demonstrates ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Transportation, Security and Safety
Must have valid drivers license and own vehicle.
A basic security clearance is required, including a criminal record check.
Must be bondable.

Performance and pay reviews are conducted quarterly in the first year and annually thereafter.
