AGT Foods, a division of Alliance Pulse Processors Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable/Settlements Clerk to join our Head Office in Regina, SK.

DUTIES:

    Communication with vendors and staff regarding payment status
    Proper coding of invoices and clearing of freight accruals
    Accurate data entry of accounts payable vouchers into the A/P system
    Preparing vendor cheques for mailing and wire payments
    Reconciliation of vendor statements
    Preparation of general journal entries
    Processing producer contracts and settlements
    Perform other related accounting duties as required
    Reception coverage and assistance

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

    Ability to multi-task with keen attention to detail
    Ability to work effectively as a team member
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Strong data entry skills
    Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    Proficient spoken and written English
    Punctual, meticulous and reliable
