Applications are invited for a permanent part-time (25%) Library Assistant at Lumsden High School commencing August 30, 2016.

Lumsden is a growing community located in close proximity to both Regina and the area recreational opportunities at Last Mountain Lake. Nestled in the QuAppelle Valley, attractions include the TransCanada Trail, Deer Valley Golf and Estates, market gardens, Last Mountain House Provincial Historic Park, and the Lumsden and District Museum. There is also a medical clinic, library, and community sports centre.
Required Education, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
  A Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
Post-secondary Library/Information Services Diploma or certificate would be an asset.
Working knowledge in the use of computers such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and database systems.
Familiarity with Mandarin 3 Library Software would be an asset.
Able to demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.
  Starting wage for this position is currently $18.71.
