ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
- Responsible for all administrative functions such as typing, filing, photocopying
- Answer incoming calls
- Collect renovation request forms
- Take work orders
- Issue purchase orders
- Record mileage from department vehicles & equipment
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Other duties as assigned by management
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license
- Office Education certificate from a recognized institution
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum Grade 12
- Familiar with office equipment and operation
- Must be reliable with pleasant phone etiquette skills
- Ability to multi-task, work effectively in a busy office environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and maintain confidentiality
