ICON Construction Ltd. is a Regina based construction company offering General Contracting, Project Management, Construction Management in the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional market place.  With recent project awards, we are accepting applications for the following position:

Procurement/Warehouse Agent

Responsibilities of the Procurement Agent include collaborating with departments to identify, qualify, select, manage, and evaluate contractors and suppliers of materials, equipment, products, and/or services for non-routine/specialized purchases; and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Additional duties include maintaining the warehouse, analyzing proposals received from suppliers/contractors, negotiating terms and conditions including pricing, developing agreements, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring agreements are appropriately executed.
We are seeking an individual with procurement experience, and will have a recognized designation as a purchaser or alternatively with several years experience as a buyer. The successful candidate is required to have excellent analytical and communication skills, demonstrate a positive attitude, be a team player and possess strong people skills.
The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check.  All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with ICON policy.
