The Lloydminster Interval Home is looking for a casual Crisis Intervention Worker. The Crisis Intervention worker will provide client intakes, referrals, assistance with case planning, along with offering telephone and in-person support to women in crisis. Managing household duties and shift work is also required. We're seeking an energetic, friendly, and compassionate hard-worker who possesses a 'can do' attitude and takes pride in helping others; positive, adaptable and a quick learner who loves working in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication, decision making and computer skills are essential. Ideally, you possess a diploma or degree in human services and have experience working with vulnerable populations. A solid understanding of domestic violence is an asset. You must possess a valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract and have a minimum of 3 year's driving and insurance history.
