Working as our Leader, Organization Development, you will help to build leaders and teams through leadership development, coaching and change management.  You will provide consultation and facilitation services for various learning and performance improvement initiatives and programs.  Your role will also include researching, coordinating and designing curriculum using a blended learning approach.


Qualified applicants will possess:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Adult Education.  
Certification in organization effectiveness tools (such as Myers Briggs, Six Thinking Hats and ADKAR  change management).  
Four years of experience including application of the principles of adult education, assessment, measurement and evaluation, as well as advanced skills in consulting, change management, coaching, group facilitation and project management.
Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.
