Incorporate, amalgamate, dissolve, amend and file annual reportings of business corporations
Maintain corporate minute books
Register and maintain extra-provincial corporations including NWP (Northwest Partnership)
Maintain corporations throughout Canada mainly Federal, BC, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario (these provinces would be the corporations home jurisdiction)
Register business names, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, non-profit corporations
Prepare resolutions (dividends, redemptions, etc.)
Correspond with clients, government agencies, other firms, etc.)
Know how to read acts preferred
