Outside Sales Representative
Adecco is currently recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative in Regina. In this role, you will work from home; expand accounts and prospect for new business in the shipping and logistics industries. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years of direct business to business sales experience. Our client offers a base plus bonus and profit sharing compensation package, a monthly vehicle allowance, laptop, cell phone, corporate credit card and benefits.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand a client database for new orders to assist in the growth of the company
- Build new business through existing relationships, as well as daily cold calling activities to promote new sales
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage a large book of existing accounts and follow up regularly
- Meet potential clients and understand their needs
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years sales experience in a business to business sales role
- Minimum of High School Diploma, preference given to candidates with completed Post Secondary education
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license - car allowance is provided
- Advanced communication skills; both verbal and written in English is mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must be a self starter who loves to sell and is independent
