Description

E. Bourassa & Sons is currently seeking applications for a fulltime Precision Farming Specialist.  This position is located in Assiniboia, SK  

E. Bourassa & Sons is a 4th generation family business that sells and services New Holland Agriculture equipment as well as numerous other equipment brands. We have five locations across Southern Saskatchewan where we are known for our customer service and dedication to the agriculture industry.  
  
Responsibilities:  

1.    Technical Support
a.    Provide technical support over the phone and in person for all Precision Farming products sold within the dealership
b.    Be available and on call during peak seasons
2.    Product Support
a.    Become an expert on all equipment sold by the dealership
b.    Organize and attend product clinics throughout the year
c.    Provide new equipment orientations
d.    Conduct equipment demonstrations for customers
3.    Achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times  

Qualifications and Experience:
-    Must have experience in 12V wiring and electrical diagnostic skills
-    Preference will be given to those with an Agriculture background or equipment dealership experience
-    Post-secondary education is an asset
-    Previous Precision Farming experience is an asset
-    Must have a valid drivers license
-    Strong computer skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (Word/Excel/Outlook)
-    Strong verbal and written communication skills
-    Ability to work independently and produce quality work with little supervision
-    Willing and able to be on call, work long hours and weekends as required from April  October
-    Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
