Description

Full Time Service Consultant Basic Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Arrive at the beginning of your shift and be ready to serve clients.
2.Listen to customer concerns and create work orders for technicians.
3.Ensure the cleanliness of the service parking areas.
4.Ensure the cleanliness of the service drive-thru.
5.Perform a service walk around for each client.
6.Efficiently communicate with clients regarding the status of their vehicle.
7.Efficiently communicate with the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and Technicians regarding work flow.
8.Make follow up calls to re-book clients who declined a service or who have parts on order.
9.Schedule service appointments and ensure that there is sufficient work for the shop.
10.Coordinate the quick service oil change bay, at certain times of the day.
11.Work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, and some Saturdays (as required).
12.Perform checklist and other new tasks as identified by you and/or the Service Manager.

Pay Structure
1.Start at $18.50 per hour.
2.Monthly service bonus (after 3 month training period is completed).
