Brandt is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our Agricultural Products Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the distribution of our finished products to our customers. This includes set-ups, semi-trucks loads, and containers destined for export offshore. Training will be provided for the successful candidate. This is a 12 month term position, focusing on the set ups for tow out of our yard.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Amalgamate and sort all customer orders for our finished products.
Plan and issue work orders for setups for tow out of our yard.
Ensure production is building the correct quantities to meet the requirements for planning and shipping tow-outs.
Ensure that all customer orders are credit approved through a finance company, C.O.D., or approved for release before they are shipped.
Ensure all required documentation is in order.
Other duties as assigned.

Detail oriented.
Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing shipping environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task.

Strong written and oral communication skills.
Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
