University Degree in Administration or Commerce or Engineering or Computer Science
International Institute of Business Analysis Certified or Business Analyst Professional Certification
Minimum 5 years experience Years in a Senior Business Analyst role
Minimum 3 years experience of telecom experience (Wireline, Wireless, Converged).
Minimum 3 years experience working in a multi-vendor environment.
Minimum 3 years experience working on multiple project types including COTS implementation, new Product & Service Launch, Business Transformation, and System Upgrades across multiple business domains.
Minimum 3 years experience with BPMN
Minimum 3 years experience IFRS
Experience with eTOM
Experience and knowledge with ITIL
