We are seeking a Receptionist/File Clerk for our Saskatoon office for a three month term with the option to extend.  We are looking for a charismatic individual, with strong multitasking skills who can make a professional first impression of our firm.  We strive to offer each team member challenge, competitive compensation and benefits, employee perks, an emphasis on wellness and work/life balance.

In this role, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Reception Duties
Mail Processing
Internal Mail Delivery & Pickup
Downtown deliveries to Court House & Banks
File Opening/Closing & Supplies Ordering
Photocopying, Scanning, Faxing, Binding
Other duties as assigned.

To be successful, you should possess the following qualifications:

High School Graduate
Familiarity with e-mail, word processing, computer systems
Ability to operate photocopier machine and /or copy control systems.
Ability to work in a team environment.

This position is a temporary  contract position with the potential to lead to something more permanent.
