An Operations Associate works under general supervision to handle customer service and administrative duties supporting Livestock Department operations including Livestock Insurance policy processing, claims processing, and billing.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma/GED Required.
-Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance and customer service experience preferred.
-Livestock/Agricultural experience preferred.
-Effective Communication Skills
-Strong Customer Service Orientation
-Confrontation Management skills
-Solid business skills; PC, software, keyboarding
-Solid understanding of customers and organization, including workflow and processes
