POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Camecos exploration group is seeking an administrative assistant for a temporary, daily half-time position. The successful candidate will contribute to the exploration group by providing support in reporting, data entry, document management, filing, arranging mine flights, and other administrative duties.
You will support others in the department as required and may be utilized as a resource for projects and new department initiatives with increasing responsibility.
This is a temporary position anticipated to be required until the end of 2016.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements of the position:
One or two year business or administrative diploma
Two to four years of relevant office experience
Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently to fulfil requirements within deadlines
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Previous experience with SAP is an asset
