Beaver River Community Futures Development Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed professional to lead and manage their community and economic development organization. The successful candidate will have demonstrated management, leadership and implementation skills and have the ability to think strategically and regionally. H/she will have business and economic development experience and education. H/she will be driven by passion to work in a development capacity with a largely Aboriginal clientele. The job demands assessing lending risk, finding the sweet spot between being risk adverse and approving credit to people whose business ideas aren't ready.

Desired qualifications include a relevant university degree, lending experience, and working in a development capacity. Salary range is $60,000-$80,000.
