Wakiki Motel is located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Currently we are looking for a motel managing supervisor. An applicant that seeks long term employment is welcome; including aboriginals and new immigrants. The hourly wage for this position shall be $ 17.
Position Requirement:
- Completion of Secondary school education
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience
- Good interpersonal skills and team leader skills will be asset
- Applicants who can work in this position for at least one year are preferred.
- Full time job seekers are preferred.
Job description:
- Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of motel workers, establishing their work schedules and procedures
- Resolve work-related problems and conduct motel paper works
- Assist motel manager in hiring, educating, and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and motel operation policies
- Assist motel manager in overall motel operations
-May perform the same duties as workers supervised
