Primary Duties:
Responsible for the creation of network accounts, shares, system setups, deployments, and many support related items
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues independently
Resolve project issues/risks in timely and accurate manner to avoid delays and outages
Assist in planning and deploying projects in order to accomplish goals within constraints such as time, cost and quality standards
Identify and document policies and common practices
Provide support and assistance to team members
Skills & Abilities:
Must be fluent in English and able to manage both verbal and written communications in a professional manner
Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and research skills troubleshooting and problem solving/finding solutions are skills you need accomplish independently
Able to install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware/ software
Able to work within a team based environment and independently
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing (such as providing clear, concise system documentation/procedures for others; ticket information)
Can independently identify/resolve issues and configure to specifications the following technology: Windows, exchange, vmware, citrix, backup exec, outlook, active directory
Qualifications:
Education: must be A+ certified as a minimum
Experience: 3-5 Years in a Help Desk role serving a variety of end users.
Valid class 5 drivers license and access to own vehicle
Clear criminal record check
