Description

INFO Immigration Centre for Application (IICA) is looking for a high energy, hardworking and dependable line cook for a restaurant.
Job duties responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
    Prepares and cooks excellent food
    Follows the recipe according to restaurants specification
    Supervise kitchen aid to ensure operational efficiency
    Develop schedule to make sure there is enough people available to work in a shift
    Manage inventories of ingredients and supplies
    Maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen
    Knowledgeable in using various type of kitchen equipment
    Capable to work in a fast paced environment
    Ability to work in a group environment in a full service kitchen
    Several years of cooking experience preferred
    Coach other kitchen helpers and staff

 - Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
