Our General Superintendent is a critical member of our management team and leader within our organization to support our project delivery teams. The General Superintendent will provide direct support to our field operations with leadership and guidance to support, mentor, and foster growth of our Superintendents and field staff.
Reporting to the Regina Branch Manager, the General Superintendent will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supporting all activities within our organization at a field level.
As General Superintendent you would be responsible for:
Guiding and Directing on-site construction activities by developing project delivery plans to ensure scheduling, quality control and cost control objectives are met
Planning and allocation of company resources (manpower, materials and equipment) in an efficient and cost effective manner
Ensuring highest safety standards are maintained at all times
Provide Technical advice and guidance on construct-ability issues
Provide support to business development activities through participation in the bidding process
Candidates must have superior communication skills and a demonstrated track record in previous management positions with a Commercial Construction Company. At least 5-10 years of construction industry experience in a management position with proven experience as a Superintendent.
