Description

We are seeking an innovative pharmacy manager who will lead the team towards excellence in primary care, primary prevention and chronic disease management. The Director of Pharmacy is accountable for the efficient, effective provision of pharmaceutical care services to Community Clinic clients by planning, organizing, directing and controlling the department'ss physical, financial and human resources in accordance with departmental and Community Clinic mission, vision, policies and procedures.

The Director is a participating member of the senior management team and other clinic management committees.  The Director also is a direct service provider.

Qualifications:        
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.S.P.)
- Registration with Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
- Must be bondable
- Must carry malpractice insurance
- Must have knowledge of and compatibility with the philosophy of the Community Health Services
- Good oral and communication skills
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Computer knowledge/skills an asset
- Able to work independently as well as work as a team member
- Able to work efficiently in a high volume pharmacy
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills and attitude
