Description

Provincial Home Oxygen Inc. is a privately owned and operated Respiratory Home Care Company providing home oxygen services and equipment throughout the provinces of Saskatchewan and Alberta. We hold an Exemplary Rating with Accreditation Canada and are committed to achieving excellence in everything we do.

As a caregiver in this position, you will be required to perform the initial set up of home oxygen therapy to patients being discharged on oxygen, and to perform regular follow up patient assessments on our home oxygen clients.

This Full time permanent position covers the Prince Albert area and forms part of our Saskatoon branch, it includes some driving or travel in our company vehicles to the geographic areas within about a two hour radius of Saskatoon.  

The ideal candidate is someone looking for a change from the hospital environment !!

This candidate would possess the following skill sets.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills, and pleasant personality.
- A strong commitment to quality patient care.
- Enjoy working independently and unsupervised, but in conjunction with an allied health care team throughout the province. Our caregivers get to spend quality time with our patients and truly make a difference in their lives.
- Strong organizational skills for managing busy workloads.  

This position requires NO nights, NO weekends, NO shift work, but a minor rotation of "on call" is required in a well established, equitable and cooperative system.
