Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the supervision of all grocery clerks. Duties will include but not be limited to:orientation and training of new employees, ensure all standards are met, co-ordination of work load, ensure that superior customer service levels are met and that all safety policies are adhered to. Playing an active role in loss prevention will also be an expectation.
