Be a part of innovation, success and teamwork! We are currently looking for a Full-time Telecommunications Systems Analyst for our Regina office with Mitel Certified Experience.

Reporting to the Seniors Care Home Operations Manager, this position maintains all aspects of service calls including assessing and dispatching contractors, payments, invoicing and records.
Key Job Responsibilities:
-Creates, starts implementation, installs, repairs, and maintains data, voice, and network communications systems, using hand tools and software and hardware testing instruments and techniques
-Implements recommended equipment modifications and enhancements in accordance with user request and business objectives

Some specific tasks include:
-Provide advanced technical support, design and consulting to HN customers pertaining to Integrated Voice, Data, Wireless, Video Conferencing, IP and IT Communication solutions on Customer Networks
-Research, test, analyze, consult, and educate HN employees and external customers of existing and emerging customer premise based equipment, applications and technologies
-Ensure service objectives and effective operational/maintenance procedures are developed and maintained
-Perform operational reviews and audits

Required Education, Knowledge and Experience:
-Successful completion of Vendor Certification requirements (including Mitel Certification on SX200 platform which includes AX, MX and EL as well as Mitel 3300 MXE, Panasonic NS series
-Telecommunications technology training
-Ability to work in a team setting
-Good interpersonal and verbal skills
-Ability to trouble shoot and deploy solutions as needed
-5 years of field experience
