We are looking for a professional, dynamic, and highly motivated individual who would enjoy working in an independent optometry office that prides itself on a high level of patient care. Our doctors work hard to provide the highest level of service for their patients and we need an Optician or Optometric Assistant who believes in doing the same. We need a team player who is cheerful and outgoing, and who will add value to our enterprise by helping people look and feel their best - someone who is willing to go that extra mile. The ideal applicant will be well organized, detail oriented, a problem solver, able to take initiative and have the willingness to learn and take on new challenges within our growing practice. As an member of our eye care team, you will need to be able to develop trusting relationships with our customers so that they will want to come back to see you and seek your product advice and fashion frame recommendations.

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enjoyment of working with people of all ages and walks of life is important. Experience in optical or optometric settings, sales and customer service is an asset but not required, however we require successful applicants to be quick learner's and highly motivated individuals. We will offer further opportunities to expand your knowledge and provide advanced training to those who demonstrate loyalty and commitment. This job includes travel between Yorkton and Canora clinics.
