Our client, a small office in Saskatoon, requires additional office and admin support immediately.
Responsibilities include:
- Data Entry
- Preparing Reports
- Managing Social Media content and posting
- Billing
- Invoicing and Collections
- Purchasing and Shipping
This individual must have strong data entry skills (7500kph-keystrokes per hour) and must have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel. This office does not handle a high volume of phone calls, but some reception work will also be required.
Required Qualities:
- Must be a self-starter and take initiative
- Must be incredibly organized due to many moving parts and many functions
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be process driven
- Must have previous office administration experience
This will begin as an 8 to 10 month term with intentions to promote the selected candidate to a permanent Office Manager position.
The expected salary range, depending on experience, will be $16/hr. to $18/hr.
