Wages:
$25 Hourly may vary depending on experience level as per Saskatchewan RDA salary guide
35.00 hours per week, Dental Benefits, Health Benefits.
Part-time hours will be considered to accommodate Aboriginal persons, youth, new immigrants or people with disabilities.
Education: Registered Dental Assistant. College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience
6 mths to 1 year of experience
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Registration with provincial or territorial authorities
Specific Skills
- Sterilize and maintain instruments
- Record information on patient care
- Prepare patients for dental examinations
- Prepare filling materials
- Invoice patients for dental services
- Develop X-rays
- Clean and polish teeth
- Advise patients on oral hygiene
