General Description
We are looking to add high-energy individuals to our Busted Barbell Team!  The main role of this position is to assist our customers in finding the perfect products to fit their unique and specific needs as well as assist and encourage other staff members.  We are looking for someone currently involved in the world of fitness- any passions that gets a person moving and active.  We want someone who shares our love for becoming better through health and fitness journeys.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-Greet customers
-Find out the customer's needs
-Recommend, select & help locate the right merchandise
-Describe a product's features and benefits
-Answer customer queries regarding the store & the merchandise
-Make suggestions & encourage purchase of products
-Receive & process cash, check and charge/credit payments
-Count money, sort charge slips and balance monies
-Organize & process merchandise exchanges
-Arrange and display merchandise
-Keep merchandise area tidy
-Take stock inventory


Education & Experience
-Relevant product knowledge & general interest in sports nutrition, supplements, and/or the sport of weightlifting
-Previous experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment
