Quill Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., has an immediate opening for a Peddle Line Driver at their Regina, SK location. This is an Assinisoia position based out of the Regina branch.
Monday to Friday (Assiniboia) 6am start
Responsibilities
Scheduled trips
Perform preventative maintenance check and pre trip/post trip inspection
Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner
Handling of freight documents
Handling freight as required
All other duties as requested
DUTIES WILL VARY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE OPERATION
Qualifications
Class 1A license
Good customer service skills and a customer-oriented attitude
Good oral and communication skills
Thorough knowledge of equipment usage and repair
Experience in loading and unloading
Knowledge of provincial weight and dimension regulations
Knowledge of city routes and country routes
