FCL invites applications for the position of IT Internal Collaboration Analyst in our Home Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the IT Control & Governance Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:

1. Identify, direct, and monitor the people management process and practices within IT including resource capacity analysis.
2. Build relationships with IT leaders and key stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness of people management including recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding.
3. Provide guidance and support of HR and IT Control & Governance processes and procedures to ensure alignment.
4. Monitor and support all processes to ensure smooth collaborations across teams.
5. Support team leaders in their responsibility to ensure transitions, training and certification updates are completed.
6. Work with Leadership and C&G Manager to assess I.Ts vision in relation to its customer service approach and delivery methods to customers.
7. Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have a University Degree in Business, Technology or equivalent and 7-10 years of relevant work experience. Technical or System knowledge or IT related qualification is required.
