The Leasing Team within the Financial Intermediation division delivers commercial equipment leasing products to business clients across the Canadian marketplace. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with strong analytical and organizational skills to join our team in Regina to fund equipment lease and specialty finance deals.
The purpose of the Associate Account Manager is to develop, negotiate and deliver profitable commercial equipment financing transactions working with the Leasing Account Managers including determining, developing and building relationships with new and existing clients, credit unions, brokers and vendors.
Key Outcomes:
- Accountable for annual budgeted volume of new transactional business with margin and fee contributions aligned to business plan and budget targets by negotiating structure, terms and pricing on commercial equipment financing transactions that contribute to business unit profitability, and assisting with the preparation and implementation territory account management plans.
- Manage relationships with credit unions and grow product use by credit union lenders by soliciting participation of affiliated and non-affiliated credit unions, providing lease product information, facilitating equipment leasing workshops and training seminars.
- Contribute to business unit intelligence in product, pricing, competition and industry trends by gathering, analyzing, and sharing market data and information; attending Credit Union or leasing industry tradeshows or events; and monitoring client satisfaction, assessing the scope of any issues; and collaborating with management to implement resolutions.
