Keys Welding Service, Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated, self starting individual(s), who is able to adapt quickly within our rapidly expanding company. Successful candidate(s) will have excellent inter-personal skills, as daily interaction with clients is integral to the success of Keys Welding Service. Candidate(s) will possess exceptional organizational skills, along with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute numerous tasks under little to no supervision. Successful applicant(s) will be responsible for providing all aspects relating to secretarial, clerical and administrative support. This includes, but is not limited to reception, receiving and directing inquiries via phone, email, or other correspondence, as well as execution and delivery of business tenders, creation and filing of work orders, purchase orders, and packing slips. Applicant(s) will also be responsible for completing accurate and timing accounting support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
Business Administration/Accounting Certificate or equivalent considered a great asset. Preferably, applicant will possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years experience with general accounting/accounts payable/payroll, along with current knowledge of accounting software programs.
