Key responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to build relationships throughout the organization and work with teams on improvement initiatives. In your day-to-day work, you will coach teams on process improvement and Lean implementation, drive Lean transformations, lead project teams on strategic initiatives, coach all level of leaders to deploy Lean across the enterprise, and interface with other participating organizations. You will also provide instruction and guidance on enterprise-wide Lean initiatives and guide the organization in transforming the culture to one that is focused on efficiency, reliability, and adding value to the relationship with our internal and external customers.
What are we looking for?:
-Certification in Lean Leadership
-Knowledge of continuous process Improvement concepts, theories, principles (ex. Lean, Quality Improvement, Change Management, Six Sigma, Business Process Mapping)
-Facilitation techniques and methodologies
-Change management, process improvement, and other quality improvement methodologies
Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through a Bachelors degree along with previous experience in process improvement methodologies. Healthcare or Health Informatics experience would also be an asset - in order to understand how Lean principles can be applied to healthcare.
