Job Purpose:
The Thrift Store Clerk provides service to customers, sorts incoming products, and assists the manager in the maintenance of all store operations.
Every position contributes to the spiritual and social services mission of The Salvation Army.
Characteristic Job Duties include:
-Maintains customer service standards
-Implements store layout
-Ensures attractiveness of the store
-Replenishes inventory
-sorts donations as needed
-Accurate cash register operation
-Friendly customer / people skills
-Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Effort/ Dexterity Required:
The performance of the job will be physically demanding. Able to lift 40 pounds.
