Looking for full time caregiver to care for 2 children(9 and 14 years old). Caregiver is to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the parents. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, prepare appropriate meals and snacks.
OPTIONAL ACCOMMODATION AVAILABLE AT NO COST ON A LIVE IN BASIS. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
Wage is $12.50/hr, 40hours/week, and overtime rate of 1.5 times the regular pay for hours worked over 40 hours a week. Some flexibility is required with start and end times.
Children'S Ages
- School age (6 - 12 years)
- Over 12 years
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- First Aid Certificate
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
Specific Skills
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
