We are currently seeking a Admin Assistant/Volunteer Coordinator for a Non-Profit Charitable Organization in Saskatoon, SK.

Shift : Monday - Friday, 8:30am- 4:30pm

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a full time Admin Assistant/Volunteer Coordinator within the headquarters of Child Find Saskatchewan Inc. This position will require the candidate to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm but also be flexible regarding hours during specific Child Find charitable events.

This candidate will be responsible for day to day tasks such as:
    provide general administrative and clerical support
    perform data entry
    answer and direct phone calls
    maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
    maintain contact lists
    updating web blog
    managing/co-ordinating volunteers for delivery of Child Find programs
    handle internal requests for information and data
    maintain office supply inventories
    coordinate maintenance of office equipment
    general office upkeep, etc.


Qualification:
    proven administrative support experience
    proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.  
    knowledge of operating standard office equipment
    excellent communication skills  written and verbal
    ability to prioritize projects a problem solving skills
    good organizational and planning skills and attention to detail
    previous Administrative Assistant experience is an asset.
