Description

Westridge Construction Ltd., a leading Regina-based General Contractor since 1989, is currently recruiting for a highly motivated and skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.  Our motto, Building with Teamwork is a true testament to the character of our business.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating a positive first impression, takes initiative, and possesses an energetic, team-oriented nature.  
Some of the duties consist of: receiving incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail and courier packages, ordering office supplies, faxing, scanning, photocopying, preparing office files and filing, typing purchase orders, tender document preparation (time sensitive), coordinating document flow, answering the telephone, greeting visitors, and ensuring all common areas are organized and neat.  
One to two years office experience is required.
Construction related experience or familiarity is a definite asset, though not a requirement.
Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
