Business Development Executive (AB or SK)
The Business Development Executive is accountable for end-to-end ownership of ISM's service portfolio and for establishing and implementing the strategy for growth of the client base, revenues and profits in the assigned area. In the role you will identify and interface with new customers and develop, maintain and expand relationships to ensure client satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will provide thought leadership to meet customer needs and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure superior service delivery.
ISM is looking for an individual with strong sales acumen, a proven track record of expanding into new customer segments and a hunter mentality. Extensive knowledge of Managed Services, Cloud Computing, Smart Mobile Solutions and Big Data Analytics is required and experience with Microsoft services is considered a strong asset. The Business Development Executive will bring a minimum of 10 years in a services sales role and university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience. Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work in a team focused environment are other key attributes.
