Description

McDonald Metals located 2 minutes south of Prince Albert on highway 3E is a locally owned business that specializes in the purchase and sale of scrap metal is seeking a motivated individual to fill the position of Bookkeeper/Office Administrator with experience using Simply Accounting Software.  This position will involve the following:  Producing monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, invoicing, receivables, payables, payroll, general office duties and serving customers.

The successful candidate must have
- A background in Simply Accounting and general bookeeping.
- Knowledge with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi task
- Good oral and written communication skills
-Ability to perform general office duties

This position is Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  We offer benefits and a competitive wage based on experience.
