Description

Horizon is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. This is a full time position that will be located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The intended start date for this resource is August 29th, 2016.
Senior Business Analyst resources will be part of a Project Management Office (PMO). The resources will be an integral part of the business team and will interact with the technical resources.
Duties of the Resource include:
Providing business analysis leadership to the business team throughout the project.
Applying a business analysis framework for success.
Participate in testing or leading testing initiatives.
Documenting and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Documenting business processes.
Participating in the development of project charters, business cases and a variety of other project documentation from the business viewpoint, in many cases leading or authoring such documents.
Facilitation of meetings with business representatives for various purposes such as gathering requirements, understanding current business processes, and mapping of new processes.
Working closely with the technical team to ensure their translation of requirements into solutions meet the needs of the users.
Contributing to an effective control and risk management process.
Contributing to a tracking and reporting process.
Liaising with Cram Experts.
