Saskatchewan Polytechnic Moose Jaw campus is searching for a casual Professional Cooking Instructor starting August 22, 2016 to June 30, 2017.  This high energy position would be responsible to instruct  cooking students in the Professional, Institutional and/or Short Order Cooking programs in all content of their respective curriculum as well as plan and deliver instruction, evaluate student performance and present demonstrations and workshops. To succeed in this role, you will have Grade 12 or equivalent, a Journeyperson certificate in cooking and two years post-journeyperson recent/relevant cook experience.
