Responsibilities:

Completing CBH knowledge training on policies, food and drink specials, serving procedures and all other tools necessary to excel at CBH
Be prepared, in uniform and ready to go 15 minutes prior to your scheduled shift
Promptly greeting guests at their table
Providing exceptional service to every guest (obtain food and beverage orders, answering menu and beverage queries, offering daily specials, placing orders with kitchen, running food and beverages to tables)
Quality checks
Processing bills, handling payments and completing cash outs at the end of every shift
Completing listed side duties throughout your shift
Ensuring guest concerns are handled with management support

Qualifications and competencies:

Minimum 1 year serving experience required
Enthusiastic, outgoing and positive attitude
Organization and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work as a team and with minimal supervision
Willing to take initiative
Maintaining a clean work environment
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsible liquor training certification required (ProServe in AB, SIRS in SK, Serving it Right in BC)
Basic math skills required
Communication skills: Read, write and speak English
Experience as a server an asset

 - Serve food and beverages, general plate service
 - Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
 - Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
