Adecco is currently recruiting a Management Consultant for one of our top clients located in Regina, SK. They are looking for a Consultant that has the expertise to guide the development and expansion of their Management Systems. The client has a Unified
Management System (UMS) which includes aspects of Asset Management, Safety Management and Environmental Management Systems.
A management team is actively engaged in developing the management systems. Support is required to help assist this team and to provide road mapping / best practices for future direction and further development. Additionally, support should include identification and assistance with any gaps to regulations and standards.

The responsibilities of the Management Consultant will include:
- Work with the UMS Owner to develop and deliver management system best practices.
- Provide mentoring for the UMS Owner and individual System Owners.
- Assist with defining short and long-term work plans for the Management and SME Teams
The amount of engagement may vary but is estimated to be about 40 hours per quarter.

Candidates must be:
- An Experienced and qualified Management System professional or they will not be evaluated further.
- Available to deliver mentoring and meet with system owners in Regina, Saskatchewan on a scheduled basis.

Minimum expectations include:
o Experience and credentials in ISO 55000, 14001, and OHSAS 18001;
o Demonstrated project management experience in successfully leading and implementing a comparable Unified Management System;
o Experience mentoring and coaching others in leading management system implementation.
- Available on an ad-hoc basis either in-person, or through conference call.
