Meridian Manufacturing Inc. HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Human Resources and Health & Safety Departments for Meridian Manufacturing Inc.s non-unionized Saskatchewan facilities in Regina and Saskatoon.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to developing and implementing policies and procedures to support: full life cycle talent acquisition & retention, employee relations, job analysis, training and development, total compensation, records management, performance management, organizational development, change management and the Safety Management Program.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years experience working in a generalist human resources management role. A post secondary education in Human Resources as well as a CHRP Designation or working towards the designation is strongly preferred, however a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiating, time and priority management skills are necessary for success in this position.
