Description

The Rural Municipality of Lone Tree #18 and the Village of Climax are accepting applications for the position of Office Assistant. The Office Assistant, under the direction of the Administrator, will provide support to the Administrator for several aspects of Municipal administrative duties. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Answering phones, provide general information to the public, accounts payable and receivable, limited payroll duties, month end duties including preparing cheques and balancing accounts, Bank reconciliations, preparing bank deposits, General Journal entries and balancing of accounts as required, all aspects of Utility billing (preparing, adjusting, balancing accounts), receipting, preparing invoices, tracking revenues and expenses as well as administrative duties for all Recreation Facilities, filling out grant applications and monitoring of grant processes, cemetery administration, typing correspondence as assigned, updating facebook page and website, filing, other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
