Description

RAM Industries is a leader in the design and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders and machined components for North American Markets.  RAM has an immediate opening for an Accounting Assistant.

The successful candidate will be a key support to the Accounting Team by performing:

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry and processing;
- Filing, report printing;
- Telephone switchboard duties; and
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management Team.

The successful candidate will possess the following proficiencies:

- Ability to easily navigate Windows based Computer;
- Work comfortably with Microsoft Word and Outlook programs;
- Work comfortable with Microsoft Excel with the ability to do tasks such as: Cut, Copy, Insert, Delete, Paste Special, Data Sorting, Hiding, Basic Formatting, Simple Formula Calculations,etc.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Very good English verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent attention to accuracy and detail; and
- Post-secondary education in accounting, or equivalent years of work experience in an office accounting environment.
