We are currently seeking a full time permanent CSR/Sales Assistant to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to process orders with our vendors. You will handle all aspects of the order from the time it is submitted by a sales representative to the time it is delivered to the client.  In addition you will be assisting with in house accounts in a team selling capacity to help keep up with quotes, orders and special projects.

Here is what we are looking for in a successful candidate. It is critical that you have a very strong attention to detail and are able to keep yourself organized. We look for strong verbal and written communication skills, for there is a lot of contact with staff, vendors and clients.  There are often deadlines so you must be able to stay cool under pressure.  In addition, we want someone friendly, outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated to do a job well done. The work environment is fun but results are expected.
